Ms. Coretta Mukelabai brings over fifteen years of experience supporting and leading the design, development and implementation of project monitoring and evaluation plans and systems. In her current role as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for Project Concern International, Ms. Mukelabai leads all M&E related operations for PCI/Zambia, including oversight and management of M&E staff. Ms. Mukelabai brings experience managing several USG-funded programs, including Department of Defense and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
