Dulmina Chamathkara is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist currently affiliated to International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) in Nepal. With over eight years of experience in the development sector, he has significantly contributed to institutionalizing M&E practices through his tenure at different organizations such as Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Sri Lanka Evaluation Association, MG Consultants (Pvt) Limited, and USAID funded Strengthening Democratic Governence and Accountability Project (SDGAP).
Academically, Mr. Chamathkara holds a Postgraduate Diploma in M&E from the University of Sri Jayawardenepura and a Master's in Environmental Management at the University of Moratuwa. This educational background underscores his expertise in both M&E and environmental sustainability.
Beyond his professional role, Mr. Chamathkara is an active volunteer in the Asia Pacific Region. He is a co-founder and former co-lead of EvalYouth Asia and EvalYouth Sri Lanka, initiatives aimed at empowering young evaluation professionals. Also he is a part of EvalIndigenous and support its activities in region as well as in Sri Lanka.
