Jane is best known for developing evaluation rubrics methodology, for which she received AEA’s Paul F. Lazarsfeld Evaluation Theory Award in 2019. As a founder of Footprint Evaluation, she develops practical tools and approaches, and supports decision makers to consider both sustainability and equity in all of their investments and systems.
