My expertise is: Monitoring-Evaluation of projects and programs - Evaluation, management, and environmental analysis - Local development - Cartography - GIS - Remote sensing My experience in monitoring and evaluation: My experience was first deployed at the level of the Regional Development Agency (ARD) of Ziguinchor in 2014 with the PRO-PAIX project in Casamance. I was able to use my knowledge and skills for this project as a monitoring and evaluation assistant. I was particularly in charge of collecting field data, planning, monitoring project activities and indicators, creating a database and statistical tables on the people affected, as well as drafting reports. activity monitoring and evaluation mission reports. After this instructive experience which allowed me to master participatory diagnostic and data analysis tools, I worked from June 2016 to October 2018 at the Pôle de Développement de la Casamance Project (PPDC) as a monitoring and evaluation assistant. and environmental monitoring. It was my job to collect field data, plan and monitor the activities of producer organizations that are partners in the project, monitor indicators and provide information on the results framework. I also ensured the implementation of the environmental and social management and monitoring plan (ESMP) on the development of infrastructures such as hydro-agricultural works in the valleys, storage warehouses, production tracks and horticultural farms. In the same vein, I ensured the follow-up of the activities on the campaigns of rice production, market gardening and market infrastructures or opening up in Casamance. I also participated in the preparation of activity reports, while providing support and monitoring of the implementation of protocols between the PPDC, the consultants and the other project partners. My skills in geomatics were valued within the framework of the project where it was my responsibility to carry out the thematic maps, the spatial analysis and the management of the GIS platform of the project. This allowed me to have a broad view on the problems of local development and to master the relations between organizations and to have an overview on the social and cultural realities of the intervention area. In November 2018, the Lecture Pour Tous program, funded by USAID, showed me its confidence first as a monitoring, evaluation and learning manager based in Matam before being promoted to a monitoring and evaluation specialist and learning of the said program between July and September 2020. I mainly provided coordination and I provided technical assistance in monitoring and evaluation to USAID and the Ministry of National Education. Between September 2020 and March 2021, I was an assistant in monitoring and evaluation at the International Organization for Migration (IOM). I was particularly responsible for the design and development of data collection, processing and analysis tools for return migrant projects. Also, I conduct documentary research and information analysis based on the results of conclusions and recommendations obtained through monitoring and evaluation activities.
