Mr Alfred is a Policy Specialist with over 10 years of experience in analysing and drafting clear policy statements, as well as conducting action research and advisory services for the Government. His focus areas include natural resources, leadership, governance, and institutional strengthening. Mr Alfred has participated in and delivered more than 15 research and advisory projects in fields such as natural resources, leadership, governance, green industrialisation, gender, and climate change. He is result-oriented and capable of seizing strategic opportunities. Mr Alfred is passionate about clean energy, environmental management, and sustainability, demonstrating excellent relationship-building, community, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with training and presentation abilities. He is currently employed by the Government at the Institute of African Leadership for Sustainable Development (UONGOZI Institute) as a Policy Specialist. Mr Alfred also serves as a Board Member of the Global Water Partnership Tanzania, a Board Member of the UONGOZI Institute Tender Board, as well as an Advocate of the High Court and a Professional Member of the Tanganyika Law Society.
