I am a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist, Project Manager, and Research Consultant with over 10 years of progressive experience in international development, public finance, education, health, and WASH sectors. Proven ability to design and implement M&E systems, manage data flows, conduct field evaluations, and translate data into strategic insights for program design and policy influence. Demonstrated expertise working with bilateral and multilateral donors including USAID, DFID, EU, UNICEF, and CRS. Proficient in tools such as Power BI, QGIS, KoboCollect, ODK, DHIS2, and SPSS. Experienced in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, managing field teams, ensuring data quality, and building capacities of government and CSO partners. Fluent in English and Swahili, and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation.
