Sociologist with 20+ years of professional experience supporting projects and programmes across West and Central Africa in the fields of rural development, natural resource management and climate adaptation.

Experienced in both long-term programme implementation and short-term consultancy assignments for EU, AFD and other donor-funded initiatives. Used to working with government institutions, civil society organisations, international partners and multidisciplinary teams in complex environments, in both francophone and anglophone contexts.

Work has included programme management, institutional strengthening, partnership development, evaluation and strategic planning. Recent work has focused  on organizational learning, capitalisation (experience-based learning) and knowledge management, including the design and facilitation of participatory, change-oriented and gender-sensitive processes.

Combines analytical work, facilitation and communication to support programme implementation, collaboration and learning. Analyses complex environmental governance and social-ecological issues, with particular attention to power and change dynamics. Works closely with local stakeholders and aims to translate their perspectives accurately into practical findings, reports and knowledge products. Has additional expertise in audiovisual and production and multimedia communication.
