•      Designed and putted in place a monitoring and evaluation system for West African 
countries science granting councils (SGC).
•      Led the development and implementation of M&E frameworks for across five countries
(Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Senegal and Sierra Leone).
•      Promoted the culture of monitoring and evaluation of countries SGC.
•      Developed KPI and SMART indicators for the councils and the initiative
