A former IFAD staff ( Senior technical adviser for water and infrastructures , 1998-2001) and later consultant ( missions to India, Nepal, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Ecuador, Madagascar, Sao Tome e Principe, Burkina Faso, Mauritania, ...), I am an agronomist and agricultural engineer by training . In the course of my career, I have worked for a variety of bi/multilateral donors and UN agencies ( WB, UNDP, FAO, ILO , BIaD, GEF, AFD , ...) in quite diverse natural and institutional environments .
