I am a grant writer and fundraising professional with extensive experience in sustainability, health, justice, and equity programmes across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Over the past several years, I have specialised in evaluation-informed grant design, integrating Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks with context-sensitive and rights-based approaches. My work spans the full proposal lifecycle, from research-informed program design and theory of change development to narrative crafting, donor coordination, and compliance reporting.

In my current role at the Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN), I lead proposals for sustainability and rights-based programmes in fragile contexts, ensuring that MEL frameworks and feminist evaluation principles guide every stage. Previously, I developed institutional fundraising strategies at APOIAR and WWF Portugal, building partnerships with EU and UN actors and embedding transparent, results-based reporting into all programmes. I have also coordinated EU-funded justice reform portfolios with IPS, delivering evaluation reports and learning briefs that shaped policy dialogue while strengthening consortium capacity.

My expertise combines rigorous research, conflict- and gender-sensitive evaluation, and participatory capacity-building frameworks. I am fluent in Portuguese, English, and French, with working proficiency in Spanish, enabling me to navigate multicultural and multi-country initiatives effectively. I am passionate about translating complex technical information into compelling narratives that resonate with funders and advance sustainable impact.
