Subject matter expert and leader in the field of Program design, Monitoring evaluation and learning of development Programs with extensive project analysis experience from the field and in Washington, D.C. I have decades experience with USAID and State Department on project design, project management and Evaluation.
I have coordinated the annual evaluation learning efforts for a USAID Mission's $500 million plus annual development assistance portfolio for 5 technical teams (Health, HIV/AIDS, education, democracy and government (DG) and economic growth including Agriculture and food security activities) in West Africa. I have worked in 4 sectors, with activities implemented by over 40 partners. Core competencies are in strategic planning, project design and monitoring and evaluation as well as academic and cultural exchanges. Have provided strong technical leadership and capacity building in these areas and functions as a “go to” person on technical M&E guidance.
