I am an evaluation specialist and policy analyst with a PhD in Food Policy (City St George's, University of London). Core expertise lies in food systems evaluation, climate adaptation, environmental governance, and resilience, working at the nexus of food, water, climate, and public health policy.
As part of IOD PARC, a UK-based international evaluation and development consultancy, I am currently delivering evaluations for multilateral organisations, including a MOPAN assessment of UNEP and an evaluation of governance, processes, and systems of the Adaptation Fund. Other recent assignments include the strategic evaluation of WFP's Environmental Policy, evaluation of the Austrian Development Cooperation's food security engagement (Water-Energy-Food Nexus), MOPAN assessment of FAO, and a DEFRA food systems mapping.
Methodological strengths are in qualitative research, critical policy analysis, systems mapping, and mixed-method evaluation design, with field experience primarily in South Asia. Also leading responsible AI adoption as part of an AI Working Group at IOD PARC.
