Farmers are backbone of Indian Agriculture and their generation’s needs to be concentrated to achieve the empowered Indians. At present the farmers generation in India is not grown up to the level when compare to other sectors. This generation is should be taken into care in Education, Health, sports, caring society and culture. This generation is diverted especially in their genetic field (Agriculture, horticulture and other allied sectors) through providing education from higher secondary level to doctorate to work in the agricultural/horticultural/allied sectors to solve the farmers problems (they will consider us family problems) and invent new technology to increase production and productivity, nutritional security to the emerging Indian Population. The concept of Farmers Generation will become Agricultural Scientists is one of the idea to achieve the formation of more numbers of Empowered Indians in future and to avoid diversion of farmers generation (Sons and Daughters) into other field and take in to our Bharat become Developed Country.

I agree wih Dr Ravindran Chandran that stakeholders are more important in evaluating process and submission of reports in policy decision making and he rigtly pointed out that farmers generations may be apointed as evaluators to speed up the feedback recived from stakholders. Evaluation reports should be circulated or updated among the farmers concern / Directors of Farmers Producers Organization to know the status of feed back given by stakeholder. Our Trust Vallabhbhai patel Farmers Welfare Trust is working for farmers generation eduaction and their employment. I am happy to participate in the important discussion which is very much essential and need based for effective utilization of reports prepared by adminsitrators and I hope this form reports effectively included as early as in policy level
