I have a background in Ecotourism and Social Development and have developed my career in community development and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). I have worked with rural communities for more than four years, supporting education, livelihoods, WASH, and community development activities.
Currently, I work as an M&E Coordinator with World Renew Laos, where I support data collection, data quality checking, project monitoring, analysis, and reporting. I use KoboToolbox, Excel, and Power BI to manage and analyze project data and support evidence-based decision-making.
My experience has strengthened my skills in working with communities, project teams, and local authorities, while helping me understand how good-quality data can improve project implementation and contribute to better outcomes for communities.
