Policy and Advocacy Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

I am a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Expert with over 13 years of progressive experience designing and implementing M&E systems across Food Security, Health, and Education programmes. My work has focused on generating credible evidence to inform decision-making, improve programme quality, and strengthen accountability at community, national, and partner levels.

I have extensive experience in results-based monitoring, evaluation design, data quality assurance, and learning and adaptation, working with diverse stakeholders including government institutions, development partners, UN agencies, and civil society organisations. My expertise spans both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, with a strong emphasis on using evaluation evidence to drive sustainable and people-centered development outcomes.

My professional interests strongly align with Eval for Earth’s focus on the human–environment nexus, particularly in advancing evaluation practice in food security, agriculture, rural development, and environmental sustainability. I am passionate about contributing to communities of practice that promote innovative evaluation approaches, peer learning, and the strategic use of evidence to support sustainable food systems and resilient livelihoods.
