I hold an LL.M. in International Crime and Justice from UNICRI and am a member of the Turin Bar Association and ASGI. My core expertise spans Results Oriented Monitoring (ROM), project evaluation, programming and design, and project cycle management. Since 2019, I have served as ROM Expert and OPSYS Quality Manager for Particip GmbH, conducting ROM missions across EU Delegations in the Neighbourhood region and providing technical support on logical frameworks and intervention design. I have extensive field experience with leading international organizations including UNHCR (Djibouti), IOM (Lampedusa), UNICEF, Save the Children, and the EU Asylum Agency, specializing in refugee protection, counter-trafficking, child protection, and capacity building for national authorities. I am fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and French, with regional experience spanning Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the European Neighbourhood.
