I was part of the South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association (SAMEA) 
Emerging Evaluator Work Immersion Programme Cohort 3. Genesis Analytics 
hosted me. My duties included, but were not limited to, supporting the design 
of evaluations; participating in client meetings and data collection where timing 
allowed; working on evaluation proposals; supporting team learning and facilitating 
knowledge-sharing sessions; supporting the preparation of written documentation; 
preparing PowerPoint presentations, and vetting information to ensure accuracy.

Performed a core function of collecting, recording, and managing the 
organisation's data dashboard; coordinating and liaising with team members to 
collate and organise data; supported the impact manager in extracting relevant

people who worked collaboratively to identify and describe the key governance

evaluating education-related policies and programs in South Africa to provide an 
assessment of what has been done, as well as recommendations for what the SAIIA 
Youth report should suggest to the South African government
