I am a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with extensive experience designing, implementing, and evaluating development projects across Latin America, with a strong focus on Mexico, Guatemala, and Colombia. As Regional M&E Coordinator at Trickle Up, I lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for multi-country programs that advance the Graduation Approach to economic inclusion, particularly for Indigenous and Afro-descendant women living in extreme poverty.
My expertise includes:
- Data systems and analytics: I manage Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, TaroWorks for mobile data collection, and DevResults as a central MIS platform. I develop advanced Excel dashboards and ROI models, integrating PPP-adjusted financial metrics, graduation criteria, and empowerment indicators.
- Program evaluation and learning: I lead internal and external evaluations—such as the FUERTE Project’s final evaluation—aligning findings with OECD-DAC criteria and donor frameworks (MetLife Foundation, Whole Planet Foundation).
- Empowerment and agency measurement: I design context-sensitive qualitative and quantitative tools to capture shifts in women’s economic agency, leadership, and decision-making power, while also incorporating digital inclusion and local systems change indicators.
- Cross-team leadership and donor engagement: I coordinate with global M&E teams, program staff, and donors to ensure data-driven decision-making, transparent reporting, and evidence-based program scaling across Latin America.
I am passionate about capacity building—training facilitators, refining monitoring tools, and fostering a culture of learning within teams. Currently, I am leading the design of CRECE, a regional initiative to scale the Graduation Approach in Mexico and Colombia, integrating financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and systems change strategies.
My work reflects a combination of technical precision, cultural sensitivity, and strategic thinking, which allows me to contribute to impactful, data-driven development initiatives throughout the region.
