Michael Wagg has nearly 20 years of monitoring & evaluation experience, including past experience as a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and social scientist with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Program Evaluation. Mr. Wagg has worked as a M&E professional in the NGO sector since 2016, and he is currently a Design, Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist for global food security and livelihoods programs with World Vision. In 2026, his current role includes providing M&E support to food security and livelihoods programs in Latin America (Guatemala & Honduras), Asia (Vietnam) and Africa (Ethiopia, Somalia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Senegal, Ghana, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia & Malawi).
