I have more than 8 year’s experiences in the development field. My expertise and concentration areas are Programme Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, Knowledge Management and Research. Presently I am working at Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) as Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Manager. Furthermore, I have experienced at BRAC Migration Programme as Manager and HelpAge International as Programme Coordinator. I am one of the Country Management Team members at VSO Bangladesh. Previously, I was part of Senior Management Team member at HelpAge International. So I have knowledge and capacity to being part of the senior management team. Therefore, I have the strategic ideas, leadership qualities as well as problem solving skill.
