I am a Monitoring and evaluation specialist in the management and implementation of complex multi-cultural projects in the health, education, behavior change communication, market development system, sector transformation, strategic forward-planning, and research programs. I have 12 years of experience in service delivery intervention design, implementation, and management, as well as in conducting descriptive and operations research. I am further conversant with both qualitative and quantitative research methods and I can successfully partner with diverse stakeholders in assessing the relevance, performance, and success of programs. I have not only demonstrated the ability to research or evaluate projects and direct technical assistance projects on knowledge gap analysis, but also ensure impact assessment, quality assurance, and improvement, program planning through a result-oriented framework, and use data for decision making. I am a member of the Evaluation Society of Kenya (ESK) and African Evaluation Association (AfrEA). I am currently the chairperson of the Evaluation Society of Kenya.
