I am an evaluation and development practitioner with 15+ years of experience, specialising in strengthening monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems for large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across education, livelihoods, and gender.

My work focuses on building and institutionalising results-based management and MEL frameworks that enable organisations to generate, use, and act on evidence. I have led the design and implementation of concurrent and large-scale evaluations, while embedding adaptive learning processes within program cycles. A key part of my role has been aligning diverse stakeholders—including government, donors, and implementation partners—around shared evaluation frameworks and learning agendas.

I have led capacity building of teams across geographies to adopt evidence-informed approaches, ensuring that evaluation is not standalone but integrated into program design and decision-making.

My evaluation practice is grounded in mixed-methods and participatory approaches, with a strong lens on gender and inclusion. I am particularly interested in how evaluation systems can be made more responsive, contextually grounded, and useful for decision-makers.

Beyond implementation, I actively contribute to the evaluation ecosystem through regional and global networks, advancing discourse and practice on equity and gender-transformative evaluation.

My core expertise lies in MEL systems strengthening, evaluation design and management, stakeholder alignment, and translating evidence into actionable insights for programs and policy.
I am keen to learn more about using Foresight in Evaluations, and making it relevant in the Public administration and Policy space.
