I am an agricultural economist, with over 15 years of practice in Monitoring, Learning and impact evaluation. I have strong statistical analysis and econometric modelling skills. I have taught in universities in Uganda (Makerere University and Uganda Christian university), have designed and implemented several social economic studies and authored/ co-authored 16 research articles in peer reviewed journals. Since 2014, I have worked with International Potato Centre (CIP) especially in coordinating Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in several countries in sub-Saharan Africa on both potato and sweetpotato projects
