I am an Independent Research, Evaluation and Community Development Consultant, based in Kenya. I love serving humanity through providing professional consultancy services in research, project design, monitoring & evaluation, strategic planning & management and capacity building in order to help organisations improve their efficiency and effectiveness and thus achieve their goals and ultimately impact people's lives. I value people and have a cheerful demeanour while enjoying gregarious camaraderie in order to harness team work. I am a confident speaker, trainer, and able to clearly communicate using various techniques combined with humor to effectively pass on the intended message and thereby engender learning. I am also an ardent volunteer of my skills and expertise, aimed at adding value particularly to under-served communities and groups. I love positively touching people's lives and seeing them prosper beyond their wildest dreams and specifically passionate about mentoring the youth.
