18 years of experience in gender, development, humanitarian work, education, and the social services sector, working with various NGO, INGOs, Bilateral and Multilateral funders such as UNAIDS, UNTF, UNFPA, USAID, CDC, EU, EED, GIZ, CHF, Tearfund, Oak Foundation, and Firelight Foundation. My career has focused on the intersectionality of livelihoods, gender, key populations, adolescent girls and women, social protection, sexual reproductive health, climate, and health. I have designed, implemented, supported, and mentored more than 30 projects in health, education, livelihoods, gender, and social protection. I have actively responded to and led more than 35 high-value initiatives in proposal development, budgeting, budget management, partner assessment, training, capacity building, mentorship, and support. I am a certified expert in monitoring, evaluation, research, and knowledge management, and I have developed tools and instruments for project monitoring and support. My work experience has been with children, key populations, boys, adolescent girls, men, and women, and with responsive national and international institutions, such as FACT, Youths Advocates, CESHHAR, HEARD, Africa University, UNTF, and UNAIDS. I bring on board close to 20 years of experience in project design, partnership selection and management, finance, resource management, resource mobilisation, people management, program reporting, budgeting, capacity development, consultancy management, monitoring, evaluation, and research.
