Working as National Anchor at the National Coalition for Natural Farming (NCNF). He have over two and a half decades of experience in regenerative agriculture and natural resource management, Pramel has collaborated with civil society organizations and institutions to ensure the sustainability of small farmers' agricultural income and the establishment of a natural farming portfolio. He is the mastermind behind scalable solutions such as the "Maati Maange More" living soil campaign, the Bio-inputs resource centre (BRC), and the "one-acre eco-farm." Pramel's model on smallholder agricultural income growth won the World Bank Marketplace Development Prize in 2013 and was selected under the Rural Innovation Fund Grant (RIF) of NABARD.
