Ranjani K. Murthy Has a background in gender and development.
She has to 33 years of experience in evaluation, mainstreaming, research and training/toolkit development on gender and development; with a focus on issues of agriculture, food security, poverty reduction, health, disaster-risk-reduction and SDGs.
She works with NGOs, UN organisations and national governments. She combines global and regional reviews with field research and evaluations in India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Moldova, Sudan, Mozambique, Cambodia and Vietnam.
Before consulting she was managing rural development programs and leading an organisation working on gender and development (7 years). She is on the editorial board of gender and development
