Chief Executive Officer

Having over two decades of experience in development and humanitarian efforts, alongside various positions in UN entities like UNDP, UNICEF, WHO, and donor agencies, I have acquired significant expertise in consulting, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Project Management across Governance, Health, Education, Water and Sanitation, Disaster Management, and Risk Reduction. My comprehensive understanding, broad field experience, management, and planning enhance my skill to develop adaptable strategies, evidence-based methods, and a strong focus on establishing a practical, results-focused framework, including outputs, outcomes, and impacts. My primary area of expertise also allows me to effectively coordinate with government partners and engage stakeholders through a well-crafted communication strategy. Lately, I have been collaborating with UNICEF as an Evaluation Expert focused on the Essential Newborn Evaluation Strategy in Pakistan. As an Evaluation Expert, my primary role involves creating the theory of change, logical model, evaluation methodology, and sampling methodology. I supported the evaluation team in creating the Inception report, sampling strategy, and questionnaire design. I am overseeing the Quantitative Household survey in the chosen 42 districts, which include both intervention and non-intervention areas throughout Pakistan. In my role as an Evaluation Expert, I created the questionnaire using KOBOTOOL BOX, which is a CAPI-based evaluation survey, and trained enumerators on sampling methods, household questionnaires, evaluation protocols, as well as safeguarding and ethical considerations. I am also tasked with validating and analyzing data and showcasing the findings. Prior to this, I served as a National Consultant for the Strengthening Local Governance initiative in the merged districts of KP, a project supported by JICA aimed at enhancing local governance for the KP government. In my capacity as a national consultant, I engaged in multitasking, which encompassed creating the project framework, Project Design Matrix, monitoring and evaluation plan, as well as developing a capacity building and training program for local government representatives and government officials.
