As a development consultant, I work at the intersection of research, practice, and analytics. I have worked with bilateral and multilateral agencies to develop understanding of diverse thematic areas ranges from nutrition, health, ECCE, Gender, livelihoods, agriculture, climate, ESG, and sustainability. I have worked over 5 school feeding project evaluations for WFP in the last 2 years.
I have over 6 years of experience in MEL, project design, implementation, and management, working for notable organizations like UNICEF, WFP, CIFF, TNC, Alliance India, and Breakthrough. My experience has equipped me with diverse skill sets, including client engagement and networking. It also involves business development, facilitating workshops, research, data processing, and monitoring evaluation and learning.
With a diverse and impactful project portfolio, I've had the privilege of working with more than ten different team leaders, learning from their expertise, and seamlessly adapting to their working styles. I also guide and supervising junior colleagues, providing valuable insights to the senior team, contributing to the success of projects with exceptional delivery. Adopting a versatile and dynamic approach allowed me to actively contribute to eight successful projects over the past two years.
My academic days at Tata Institute of Social Science in Mumbai not only fueled my personal growth but also sharpened the understanding of developmental issues. Fieldwork and research experience empowered me with practical and analytical skills, equipping me to provide innovative and effective solutions wherever my journey leads.
