Caribbean Development Bank

Evaluation Officer

I am a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) leader with over 15 years of experience supporting development across the Caribbean and multi-country contexts. My work focuses on helping organisations use evidence, learning, and data to make better decisions and create meaningful impact. I have led regional and thematic evaluations within development institutions and the United Nations system, with a passion for strengthening learning cultures, adaptive management, and accountability.

Having worked extensively in Small Island Developing States (SIDS), I understand the unique realities and challenges that shape development in our region. Beyond evaluation, I am also a storyteller and content curator, with a background in media and communications that helps me translate evidence into messages that connect with people and inspire action.

I hold a PhD in Christian Counseling, and my faith grounds how I lead, serve, and engage with others. At my core, I am driven by a clear purpose: worship and service. Loving God and loving others. At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to purpose, service, and creating positive change that truly matters.
