I am Sushanta Kumar Sarker, a result-driven development professional with over 18 years of monitoring and evaluation experience with UN agencies (FAO, UNFPA) and international organizations (i.e., Save the Children, Winrock, Care International). My expertise includes developing and managing monitoring, evaluation, RBM, theory of change, logical frameworks, and results frameworks; conducting baseline and endline research as well as evaluations using advanced techniques such as RCTs, quasi-experimental methods, and impact assessments, aligned with OECD-DAC criteria and UN policies.
