Thomas Delahais leads or contributes to evaluation and strategic consulting missions for public organizations in France and abroad. He is a specialist in impact assessment methods, including contribution analysis.

Thomas conducts numerous training courses each year in the evaluation and design of public policies, in France and abroad (as in 2015 for FAO, the Regional Council of Nord-Pas-de-Calais and INET), and also provides long-term support to organizations to set up their evaluation system (for example the Directorate General of Labour). He is also a lecturer at Paris-1 University as part of the Master's degree in "Economics of Planning and Local Development".

Thomas Delahais was previously a consultant for 10 years at Euréval, where he was the director in charge of innovation.
