I am a development professional with MEL experience for more than two decades. I have been a part of evaluation teams for various bilateral and multilateral organizations, within Nepal and beyond. I have worked with the USAID as well as the DANIDA/DFID/Swiss Embassy-funded Governance Facility as MEL Specialist. I have designed and facilitated results-based management, results-based M&E, and participatory M&E training in Nepal, Southeast Asian countries, and some countries in Africa.
I have been teaching 'development planning, monitoring, and evaluation' for MPhil students at KuSOED. In addition, I have been teaching Participatory Approach in Development, Training Curriculum Design, and Training M&E for master's students at KuSOED since 2015.
