Skilled in conducting monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities, including data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Strong knowledge of results-based management (RBM), including development of logical frameworks, indicators, performance measurement tools, and theory of change.

Proficient in analyzing data using tools such as Excel, SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, Google Forms, and basic STATA.

Experienced in preparing clear evaluation reports, briefs, and presentations for decision-makers.

Knowledge of project cycle management, including planning, implementation tracking, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with diverse communities, NGOs, and youth-led organizations.

 

Work Experience

Participated in evaluation assignments as a Young and Emerging Evaluator, supporting senior evaluators in data collection, field coordination, and preliminary analysis.

Assisted in the evaluation of community development, education, or livelihood projects by conducting field surveys and documenting findings.

Contributed in preparing M&E tools, project dashboards, and simple monitoring frameworks for youth and community projects.

Supported NGOs and local initiatives in tracking progress, documenting success stories, and ensuring accountability to stakeholders.

Worked with teams to conduct baseline, midline, or endline assessments, ensuring quality and accuracy of field data.

Engaged in youth capacity-building workshops on M&E, gaining hands-on skills in evaluation ethics, data quality assurance, and participatory approaches.
