This EVALSDGs Insight highlights the role of science and research in contributing to the SDGs and presents evaluative framing and methods best suited to address the complexity of Research for Development (R4D) using CGIAR’s approach to evaluate Quality of Science (QoS), and specifically bibliometrics, as part of a case study.
