How to evaluate science, technology and innovation in an R4D context Issued on 2023 by EvalForward

Svetlana Negroustoueva, Evaluation Function Lead at CGIAR, raised two discussions on EvalForward, in 2022 and in 2023. 

The discussions aimed at:

1. sharing experience on practices in evaluating science, technology and innovation in a research for development context, and
2. reflecting on the beta version of the CGIAR Evaluation Guidelines.
