Samuel NIKI NIKI is an expert in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning and Organisational Development, based in the DRC. He holds a master's degree in Rural economics and sociology from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium. He has long worked in development programmes supporting vulnerable communities, including in conflict and post-conflict contexts. In addition to his experience as a practitioner in humanitarian and development interventions, he has, since 2009, been involved in a number of missions for several NGOs, INGOs (the case of the Carter Center, Christian Aid, Caritas International Belgium, Trocaire, Diakonia, Codespa Foundation... ), bilateral cooperation agencies (the case of USAID, GIZ, BTC, SIDA, AACID...) and multilateral agencies (the case of IFAD, WB, WFP, FAO), for interim and final evaluations of projects and programmes, baseline studies, impact studies, corporate level evaluations, organisational diagnostics...
