I am a bilingual Program Director and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Specialist with 18 years of experience in the international NGO sector across West and Central Africa. Very Strong in Program Quality management. Passionate, target-driven, and savvy, with solid experience in Program development, strategic Planning, Grants Management, Proposal development, information and knowledge management, and impact reporting. Carry out consultancy with other international NGOs (Plan International Cameroon). I am a member of INTRAC, AfriEval, BetterEvaluation, GenderEval, PMD-Pro+ community, and the Ghana Monitoring and Evaluation Forum (GMEF). I have carried out work trips to at least 12 countries. I have lived, and worked in Cameroon (in both French and English), Senegal (French), Ghana (French and English), Benin (French), and Cote D’Ivoire (French).
