- I have more than 35 years of experience in rural development (including 15+ years in evaluation). I hve participated in over 20 mid-term and final evaluations of projects and programs for clients such as the Attorney General's Office (PGR) and World Bank (Land Administration Project - PRODEP I, II, and III); WFP (e.g., Boosting Rural and Rurban Economy in Times of Crisis and Beyond (BOOST)); FAO (e.g., Country program evaluation for Nicaragua), IFAD (e.g., final evaluation of the Technical Assistance Fund project), IDB, bilateral donors, and NGOs, serving as team leader and senior evaluator.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing gender-responsive data collection tools with rural families, smallholder farmers, and agricultural producer organizations.
