Caleb A. Pichardo is an economist from National University in Heredia, Costa Rica. He worked as a junior researcher for the first endowed chair professorship at INCAE Business School, Steve Aronson Chair of Strategy and Agribusiness. His publications include case studies about how agribusinesses in the Latin American region can create more value and be more successful in local and international markets. He has taken different seminars at INCAE Business School and actually works as a consultant in bac&asociados for Family Business and Strategy division. Also, in recent years have been interested in evaluation and public policy, and got a master degree from the University of Costa Rica in Programs Evaluation and Development Projects.
