I like to summaries my professional goals in three basic words: discover, reflect and exchange. I work as MEL officer and I support my team in setting up a monitoring system with real time data collection tools. In the past, I have been researcher and seed system advisor in projects aiming at improving livelihoods of smallholder farmers in the seed sector. I consider facilitation and participatory approaches allies in my work and I strive to build an authentic learning experience for staff and stakeholders based on lessons learnt and data.
