Rodrigo Ferraz is a Senior M&E Specialist focused on measure and understand what drives change in complex social systems, especially in agriculture. He agronomist by training and holds a post-graduate degree in Social Sciences, Master’s in Management - Public Administration and Public Policy - University of Brasília.
Rodrigo has nine years of experience in multilateral development initiatives (Agricultural Innovation Marketplace – MKTPlace and Building on the Successes of the Africa-Brazil Marketplace) working with activities related to R4D projects management, M&E and accountably to Program stakeholders, e.g. B&MGF, DFID, IFAD and World Bank.
In the last few years, has been coordinating national and international projects in a private company – (OUT³ – Creative Solutions) focused on providing services linking M&E with Information Visualization, and also collection of relevant demographic and income data on the Brazilian population in collaborative projects.
