With around 30 years of experience, I provided support to institutions in Jordan and United Arab Emirates and handled projects with international development agencies in strategic planning, performance management & excellence, change management, social responsibility, Customer satisfaction, process management, monitoring & evaluation, public reform and modernization activities, risk management. Worked as a Human & Institutional Capacity Development Advisor with Jordan Public Financial Management & Administration-USAID, as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor with Fiscal Reform & Public Financial Management Project-USAID, and as Capacity Building Advisor for SIYAHA-USAID for the Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities (MOTA), Amman, Jordan.
Facilitated the design of Results Oriented Budgeting with the General Budget Department in Amman, developing results framework to support the implementation of Digital Services Strategy Dubai Municipality, reviewed and updated Jordan National Employment Strategy (NES) at the Ministry of Labor in Jordan and facilitated developing Jordan National Tourism Strategy with Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities and its stakeholders. Assessed more than 100 private and public sector entities, designed and conducted leadership capacity building programs and training workshops in different areas such as strategic planning, future foresight tools, process management, risk management, performance & delivery management, results-based monitoring & evaluation systems, and implementing local, regional and international excellence models.

At design stage we can add that the project should identify deliverables/ mile stones that can approve finishing a task, and during monitoring these deliverables can be checked to report ending the task. That is very materialistic, but sets the ground to expect the achievement of targeted goals.
