Claudia is a sociologist from the University of Chile, Master in Gender, Society and Politics by FLACSO Argentina with a Diploma in Gender Studies. Her area of expertise is methodological design applied to the evaluation field, with an special focus in collaborative and participatory approaches. She has work as a consultant and teaching planning and evaluation for 13 years. During this time she has performed as a consultant in program and policy evaluation for different public, private and third sector institutions in Latin America and abroad. She is an active member of several national and international networks that aim to strengthen the evaluation field.
