      En realidad la TOC es la "Teoría del Flujo" TOF. Esto es lo que hemos encontrado en el Consorcio e Instituto Panafricano de Consultoría (PACCI https://pacciafrica.wixsite.com/pacci-net). Toda la vida está en un Flujo con incertidumbre, complejidad y previsibilidad no realizada, haciendo que el cambio sea impredecible necesitando una actitud de máxima flexibilidad, con el fin de abordar de manera iterativa continua cuestiones emergentes multidimensionales y multidireccionales, literalmente pensando y actuando sobre sus pies.

      Dear Luisa, Lavinia, Ellen and other EvalForward colleagues,

      I have taken note of your important work on inclusive bottom-up evaluation approaches and tools that empower evaluands and stakeholders. Please keep the good work up. 

      We also have some tools in that direction that provide frameworks for design and utilization of beneficial evaluation and approaches. Some of the templates can be shared. 

      I believe there will be opportunities to demonstrate how these work.
