I am involved in sustainable food management and food insecurity work as a contractor with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and sometimes professor at Cabrini University. I am particularly interested in reducing food loss and waste. I have degrees in geosciences and a PhD in environmental science. Several peer reviewed publications in international journal.
