I am a Chinese national with a master’s degree in Politics and Policy Analysis and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. I was a recent intern for the Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE) at IFAD and was a former auditor at KPMG. I have a very strong interest in the evaluation of agricultural and rural development and food security, have strengths in econometric data and financial data analysis for Efficiency evaluation. I am honoured to be a member of the Eval Forward Community and looking forward to more interesting discussions from the community!
