I am an African female who holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences [Human & Physical Geography] and a Masters in Town and Regional Planning. I further obtained Honours in Municipal Finance (MFMP)/CMDP) and currently in pursuit of a PhD in Evaluation Studies. I am a registered member (Rg. No.: 2303580065320) with the South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association (SAMEA) and pending my registration with the South African Council for Planners (SACPLAN), as a Professional Planner.
I have management and coordination experience and knowledge of processes/systems such as the Integrated Development Plan (I.D.P), Strategic Plans, Organisational Performance Management Systems (OPMS), Service Delivery Budget and Implementation Plan (SDBIP), Management Performance Assessment Tool (MPAT), Portfolio Of Evidence (POE), Annual Performance Plan (APP), Annual Reports (A.R.) drafting aligned Performance Agreements (PMDS) of Head of Departments and cascading OPMS to lower levels of the organisation, as well knowledgeable on the District Development Model (DDM).
I also have intense knowledge in the following, Land Use Management Systems (SPLUMA), Performance Management Systems (P.M.S.), Local Economic Development (L.E.D.), Geographic Information Systems (G.I.S.), and Development Application. I also have experiences with Statutory Planning, issuing of zoning certificates, rezoning application, extension of scheme, and special consent.
