I have completed my master's in development economics from Wollega University. I worked as a Lecturer and Researcher at Wollega University for Five years and recently I joined Cooperative bank as Monitoring and evaluation officer. At Wollega University I gained vast knowledge and experience. My responsibilities have included the Support the University managing overall school program activities, staffs, and budget and coordinate Management and capacity building of university team, General situation analysis, Coordination & representation of the university and Reporting: Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments in an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team.
