Kelvin Mubiana Katukula holds an MA in Education and MPhil in Science and Technology Studies. He is a Research Fellow at Political Economy of Education Research Network (PEER Network) focussing on contemporary issues including, comparative studies in science education, bibliometric analysis of research outputs, language as a form of violence and assimilation, equity and learner-centredness.
